Cycle Properties acquired a commercial site (Class E) in 2025 with existing planning approval for the conversion of the property to residential use (Class C3) via Permitted Development right Class MA.
A full refurbishment, including the installation of new electrics, plumbing, gas central heating and insulation was undertaken, and completed within budget with all planning requirements fully discharged.
